Digital Centered helped drive our business out of a slump
We have been working with digital Centered for many years. We have had our challenges with hiring during the last year as many businesses have. Digital Centered suggested creating a campaign that focused on utilizing platforms such as Indeed and Facebook to target potential hires. The first month we received a number of resumes but was a little slow to start. This was to be expected as the campaign was new and needed time to gain traction. During the second month we noticed a substantial increase in resumes as well as the quality of potential hires. The hiring campaign allowed our business to grow from a staff of fourteen to a staff of thirty-two within two months. At a time when the demand was high, and supply was low Digital Centered helped drive our business out of a slump and back to a staffing level we were used to.
